- Wash the pumpkin seeds with water to remove any clinging fiber
- Dry the seeds with paper towels
- Roast them in a pan

Excellent! I grew about 8-9 Pumpkins this year (had some kind of fungus that destroyed about three other Pumpkin fruits) and we kept many of the seeds. Will definitely try this out 🙂
Hi Jeff, what’s interesting about this home roast is that I can actually eat the skin of the seeds (time saving 😀 )–I can’t do that with the shop-bought ones as they’re too tough.
