Pumpkin seeds (Buto ng kalabasa)

Do you love to peck on seeds?

  1. Wash the pumpkin seeds with water to remove any clinging fiber
  2. Dry the seeds with paper towels
  3. Roast them in a pan

  1. Excellent! I grew about 8-9 Pumpkins this year (had some kind of fungus that destroyed about three other Pumpkin fruits) and we kept many of the seeds. Will definitely try this out 🙂

    • Hi Jeff, what’s interesting about this home roast is that I can actually eat the skin of the seeds (time saving 😀 )–I can’t do that with the shop-bought ones as they’re too tough.
