Salmon paté

Salmon paté

The local supermarket nearby sells smoked salmon trimmings—8 grams a packet.

Ingredients:

8g salmon trimmings

100g cottage cheese (I double this)

70g crème cheese (I double this)

2 tablespoons yogurt (I double this)

(I sometimes add chopped spring onions/chives)

Procedure:

Mix everything—that’s it!

Spread on biscuits, crème crackers or toast.

(The reason I double the dairy is I want it to be more creamy-cheesy than salmon-y.)
